CE is the newest and most high-tech architectural building at Cal State San Bernardino. It’s a striking green glass building that decorates many ornamental plants and trees in the outside. This building is not only nice, but it’s also friendly with nature. Instead of using the normal kind of lights (led, compact) as many other building in CSUSB campus, CE building installs automatic electric lights along its corridors to save electronicity. Furthermore, as using glasses, the building is always bright and has a lot of sunshine. There are 3 floors with 282 rooms inside.

The first floor is consisted of Auditorium, COE Atrium, Jim & Judy Watson COE Student Services, Liberal Studies Program, Institute for Research Assessment & Professional Development and Watson & Associates Literacy Center.
The third floor includes 1 lab (Technology Integration Lab), 3 centers (Center for the Study of Correctional Education, Graduate Writing Center and Center of International Studies & Programs), 2 program offices (Doctor Studies Program and LEAD education Projects), 1 department (Dept. of Educational Leadership & Technology) and 1 vending.
The upper floor is divided into 8 departments: Dept. of Teacher Education & Foundations, COE IT Support, Dept. of Special ED., Rehabilitation & Counseling, TESOL Center, Institute/Counseling Practicum Center, Green Lab, Office of Dean, and Study Lounge & Vending.
